1. Services

American Quality Builders provides residential and commercial remodeling services, including flooring, painting, windows, siding, full remodels, and residential and commercial cleanouts. We serve homeowners and businesses in Neillsville, Wisconsin and the surrounding central Wisconsin communities.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and on-site conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for safety, legal, or other reasonable business reasons.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided by phone, message, or in person are non-binding unless confirmed in a written quote signed or otherwise approved by both parties. Final pricing may vary based on the scope of work, materials selected, site conditions, or unforeseen issues discovered during the project. Any change in scope will be discussed with you before additional work is performed.

3. Payments

Our website does not collect payments. All payments are handled directly outside of the website through arrangements made with our team.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the project. Failure to pay an outstanding balance may result in lawful collection actions, including but not limited to collection agency referral or recovery of reasonable collection costs as permitted by Wisconsin law.

4. Appointments and Access

The customer is responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the project area at the agreed appointment time. Pets, valuables, and any hazards in or near the work area must be secured by the customer before work begins.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible by phone so we can adjust our schedule.

5. SMS Messaging Terms
